Provident Insurance rewards Autoglass for outstanding customer service

Autoglass UK’s leading vehicle glass repair and replacement service, has received a special award from Provident Insurance in recognition of the outstanding customer service provided for Provident Insurance’s Policyholders. Nigel Doggett, Managing Director of Autoglass accepted the award from Barry Street, Senior Claims Manager of Provident Insurance at a special presentation at the Autoglass headquarters in Bedford on 31 March 2009.

Autoglass which is the Insurer’s preferred supplier for vehicle glass repair and replacement, is committed to providing world class service to each and every one of its insurance partners and their customers. The company has invested heavily in its staff and systems to make certain insurers and motorists alike enjoy a positive customer experience.
