Autoglass creates 50 jobs at new customer contact centre in Leicester

As part of its ongoing commitment to delivering world class customer service, Autoglass is opening a new customer contact centre in Bardon, Leicester next month. Autoglass will employ 50 staff at the new centre, which will open on 1st June.

Autoglass, the UK’s automotive service company has experienced record call volumes so far this year as motorists choose to repair their windscreen chips before they crack, saving valuable cash.

The new centre will increase the customer contact resource by around 20%, providing essential space for additional customer contact staff to quickly and efficiently service customer calls and arrange appointments with fully trained Autoglass technicians.

Nigel Doggett, managing director said, “We are delighted to be opening a new customer call centre in Leicester next month. This is testament to the continuing growth of our business. We are thrilled to be able to create new jobs and opportunities and the expansion is an exciting development for Autoglass.”

Autoglass has 109 branches nationwide and 1,200 mobile service units providing a world-class service to customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Autoglass is part of Belron group, operating in 29 countries with a team of over 8,000 highly skilled technicians serving an average of one customer every four seconds.
