Autoglass is best in service sector for customer satisfaction once again

In the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index, consumers rated the service provided by Autoglass® at 80.2 - the best named organisation within the Services industry. The UK Customer Satisfaction Index  is the result of 39,000 responses from over 10,000 individual customers.

The survey highlights that customer expectations continue to rise and convenience and speed of service are becoming more prominent. These are particular areas of focus for Autoglass®, who are continuing to innovate and invest in new technology and training to enhance customer experience, allowing them to remain as the leading vehicle glass repair and replacement provider for UK motorists.

Prior to this, Autoglass® has received several awards for its customer service, as well as securing a place on the Business Superbrands list compiled by the Centre for Brand Analysis.
