Autoglass serves its millionth website customer

Bedford-based business Autoglass has taken its millionth online booking through the website from a customer in Northampton.   

To mark the occasion, delighted customer, Michael Tapp, who placed the milestone booking online, received a bottle of champagne along with his windscreen repair.

Carrying out the repair was Master Technician Richard Wood, who has worked for Autoglass for over 20 years, together with Jonathan Ingle who recently joined the company as a Technician.

Autoglass launched its online web-based booking service in 2007 and the function now receives triple the amount of booking requests than it did five years ago, with more and more customers accessing the site from smartphones.
