Autoglass launches loyalty reward scheme with Aviva - Reward scheme creates new touch-point for insurer

Autoglass, the UK's largest vehicle glass repair and replacement specialist, is working with insurance partner Aviva to offer policyholders loyalty benefits at the point of service.

The scheme enables Autoglass technicians to use their personal digital assistants (PDAs) to print a loyalty discount on home insurance for Aviva direct car insurance customers having their vehicle glass repaired or replaced. The offer is highlighted at the bottom of their PDA receipt immediately the service has taken place.

With many customers often buying policies online, Autoglass identified the opportunity to introduce the value-add scheme and deliver loyalty rewards through a policyholder touch-point for Aviva.
