Autoglass onesies walk for Keech

At 07.30 tomorrow, Thursday 27th September, three members of the Autoglass customer services team, dressed in onesies as a tiger, a penguin and a monkey will be walking from Northampton to Bedford to raise funds for the Keech Hospice Care family fun day at Woburn Safari Park.

The trio will be walking the 25 mile route from Northampton town centre, along the A428, through villages including Great Houghton; Brafield; Denton; Yardley Hastings; Lavendon; Turvey; Bromham and Bedford town centre, finally finishing at the Autoglass Head Office, Priory Park.

The aim of the walk is to raise funds for the annual family fun day event, hosted by Autoglass staff, which gives 125 children and their families from Keech Hospice Care the chance to spend a special day together at Woburn next month.

Keech Hospice Care is asking for the public to keep their eyes open for the trio and give them their support. Their progress will be updated live on the Autoglass twiiter and facebook pages, where it is also possible to donate towards this special event that provides the children and their families with memories they can treasure.

A Keech Hospice Care spokesperson commented:

All forms of support are vital for Keech and we are really grateful to Autoglass for getting so involved with this event. We wish the team in their onesies the best of luck with their challenge so we can hold the much anticipated Woburn family fun day again this year.

Autoglass will match the funds raised by staff and the public.
